We all know there are a number of factors that lead to a delay in delivery of a real estate project, but in some-case completing a project ahead of time is also a nightmare when things scheduled for a later date need to be completed much before scheduled.

Pre-poning a bunch of tasks required extreme coordination with various stakeholders that have earlier scheduled their deliverables to us and other clients accordingly.

Further there are some task that have inter-dependencies on other task.

We were approached to sort out this issue

On analyzing the issue and discussions with various internal and external teams,
we set a target to complete this assignment within the clients revised guidelines
