Occupancy Certificate Issue

We all know the importance of a Bonafide Occupancy Certificate to a Real Estate Developer, without which possession of the apartments cannot be handover  which leads to unhappy customers, legal issues and penalties.

Commissioning of the Receiving Station was pending without which the construction work of an underground water tank to service the landscape garden was very close to the Receiving Station proposed. Moreover the team from MCGM had scheduled an inspection within a month and this was extremely short notice for an herculean task.

We were approached to sort out this issue

On analyzing the issue and discussions with various internal and external teams,
we set a target to complete this assignment in 15 days to plan for any contingencies
along the work in progress.
