Today Citilite is under the able leadership of Mr. Mayur Parekh,Who has carried forward the legacy and principles inherited from Late Mr.Yogendra Parekh.
History
- Late Shri Yogendra Parekh, as the proprietor of Jyoti Sound Service, helped BSES Ltd to erect the DAHANU transmission lines at Bhayander which was highly appreciated by the BSES.
- Mr Mayur assisted his father and worked very closely with the Management of erstwhile BSES and then Reliance Energy.
- Mr Mayur had an opportunity to work with Shri R.V. Shahi (then CMD, BSES Ltd) and did suggest to him about ERP system Integration.
- Mr Mayur actively participated during many AGMs of the company and shared his thoughts.
- He also participated in the license renewal of the company @ MERC.
- He regularly interacted with the management of BSES/Reliance Energy and offered his utmost support, timely suggestions for improvement of the Business processes.
Professional
Some of the Professional Engagements of Mr Mayur Parekh
- He was on the board of Directors of Electrical Contractors Association of Maharashtra for 12 consecutive years, in various executive roles such as Vice President, Joint Secretary & Treasurer and ECAM Dairy Committee Chairman.
- He was one of the participants in the hearing organized by MERC (Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission) in 2011 for License renewal of M/s. Reliance Energy Ltd. for a further 25 years.
- Further he represented MERC (Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission) in 2014 for License renewal of M/s. Tata Power Co. Ltd. for further 25 years.
- He regularly interacted with the Senior management of Service Providers viz. Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd, The Tata Power Co. Ltd, BEST, MSEDCL, Torrent Power and offered his utmost support, timely suggestions for improvement of the processes in the Company.
- He has always actively participated in the safety week program every year organized by the Government of Maharashtra for awareness amongst the consumers and hutments to avoid fatal accidents
